Dakota Barrel Saddle 305
A saddle with lots of grip. This padded combination of seat and jockeys are a favourite for beginners, trail riders and older riders. The model 305 saddle has popular rawhide trim on the horn and cantle. Shown with spot tooling of basket weave.
Comes with a flex tree and round skirts designed to give your horse lots of freedom. In skirt rigging lays close to the horse, so does your leg. Stirrup leathers are designed to give you much freedom of movement when needed.
Conchos with dees allow you to put those strings on for the trail ride, and take 'em off for the pole bending. Ladies usually like the feel of this deep seat on long rides. This is a good pick, especially for youth saddles or kids saddles.

I like the look of this saddle but i have recently purchased a saddle from another place and because it didnt fit my horse i need a full quarterhorse and the saddle i bought was too narrow at the withers i had to return it, because the return arrived a day or two after the fourteen days they were very reluctant to give me a refund resulting in a delay of three weeks before i finally recieved a cheque, despite them not having a wide saddle,
Can i try the saddle before I buy? and were are you as fourteen days from invoice is a very short time to receive a saddle try it and return it,

We have had a lot of success with using customer wither tracings to check the size before sending out saddles. We can help you do this if you would like to :-) Unfortunately we can't organise try before you buy however we do allow you to purchase the saddle, check it on your horse for fit, then will refund the saddle if it is not suitable. I like the oiled version, but is it available with a cream or beige seat? I'm not a red person. Is there one available to try on my horse?

Unfortunatelly we do not have this saddle in the store for fitting. We do have the Dakota 301 available however.
We are always happy to do saddle fittings and wither tracings if you are interested. We have had great success with wither tracings. We do the tracings then send them off to the saddle company to check for sizing. This has proved an excellent way to get the perfect fit for your horse.
I need to know the skirt lenght on this saddle.
