Our shipping charges are based on the weight and volume of the selected products.
When calculating shipping our charge will be based on the largest item in your order.

We reserve the option to choose the best appropriate provider for shipping, all items shipped will be tracked, the tracking code
will be available on the website once the order has been shipped.
We can arrange Special Delivery and Next Day services for urgent/valuable orders. Currently this is not available through the
website. Please contact us by email or phone detailing your requirements. Any additional costs associated must be paid for in advance
of shipment.
Important: A person may need to be present to accept the delivery
We aim to process and dispatch your order within two working days, subject to availability (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
You may provide your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or securely over the Internet.

Our website currently only takes orders for delivery within New Zealand, if you live overseas and wish to purchase any item in
our shop please contact customer services and we will be happy to provide shipping costs and process your
order offline.
